“Does it come with a diet or exercise plan?”

No — this is a journal-style planner, made to work with any health or fitness plan you’re already using. Or if you want to follow the book I did, I'll share it down below in the about me section.

“What if I’m not following a book or program?”

That’s totally fine! You can use it on its own to track your meals, habits, and workouts in whatever way works best for you.

“I don’t have much time.”

It takes just a few minutes a day or I do my planning for the upcoming week on Sunday's so I'm ready for the new week — and gives you clarity and structure that lasts all week.

“I always give up on tracking.”

This is why it’s only 8 weeks long — short enough to stay motivated, but long enough to see real change.
